What We Do

— Education For All
Historically, many of the communities UPC works with have been denied education and suffered from high dropout rates. We work holistically with schools, parents and children, providing support structures to enable disadvantaged children to take full advantage of the mainstream school system.

— Livelihoods
UPC TRUST supports people to break out of degrading, occupations that get passed down from generation to generation. These projects first work with people to form a different vision for themselves, then develop that vision into reality through vocational and skills training.

—Gender Equality
Working together, our projects make sure women are valued equally and can enjoy equal access to the full range of rights and opportunities needed to realise their potential. Leadership and skills training enable women to become leaders in their communities, asserting their own choices and empowering change in others.

— Old Age Support
UPC works for the cause and care of disadvantaged older persons to improve their quality of life we envisions a society where elderly have the right to an active, healthy and dignified life. We focus on direct interventions in the areas of Healthcare (mobile healthcare units, cataract surgeries), Age care.

—Shelter Home
UPC Trust Shelter Home (Home for Homeless Children) is a shelter home for children who do not have parents or any family support. At present, we have 49 children between the ages of 5 and 16 years. We provide food, shelter, clothing, and quality education facilities to all the children.

— No To Hunger
We ensure people will get adequate food to fulfil their dietary needs and have a healthy lifestyle. Every Sunday, we mobilize our teams of volunteers to make a real difference.We work to help the people providing services with the people who need them.

Our initiatives support this vision by enhancing food distribution in schools, ensuring students receive fresh, healthy meals every day.
Bringing Aid to the Doorstep
To resolve the issue of access to healthcare for the underprivileged, the best way is to provide this healthcare directly to their point of residence.
